How to see every change in your shop, and who made it, in TailorSync
TailorSync's Activity page lists every change made in your shop and who made it, in plain words, with the sign-ins beside it. This episode reads a week at a glance, filters the log to orders, opens one change to see what it was before and after, picks out the changes made by an AI assistant and checks the login history.

- 1Open Activity. Open Activity from the sidebar and pick a period at the top. The tiles count the changes, the people who made them and the sign-ins.
- 2At a glance. If anyone gets a password wrong, Failed logins turns red. By module shows where the work happened, and Most active staff shows who did it.
- 3Find a change. Below is the log, one line for each change. To check on your orders, pick Orders from the modules list.
- 4Before and after. Click any line to open it: who made the change, on which device, and what it was before and after.
- 5AI changes. If you have connected an AI assistant, its changes carry a tag. Choose AI assistants only to see just those. The TailorSync AI episode Stay in control goes further.
