TailorSync is a cloud-based tailoring management platform that provides tools for order management, customer management, inventory tracking, point of sale, and business analytics for tailoring businesses.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is up to date

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept price changes with 30 days notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailorSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
