Run your kandura atelier without the paper trail

A bespoke kandura order comes down to two things: precise measurements and a delivery date you can honour. TailorSync holds each client's full measurement profile (length, shoulder, sleeve, chest, collar and neck style, cuffs and tarboosha preference), so a returning customer is never re-measured from scratch. From the first deposit to final handover, every order, part-payment and tailor assignment sits in one system your whole team can see. That cuts down the measurements sent over WhatsApp and the notebooks that go missing, and it takes the scramble out of the Eid and National Day rush.

Everything your shop needs

Saved kandura measurement profiles

Keep each client's length, shoulder, sleeve, chest, collar and neck style, cuff detail and tarboosha choice on file, ready to reuse on the next order without a single re-measure.

Order and delivery-date tracking

Move every bespoke kandura through clear production statuses and hold firm to promised delivery dates, whether it is a single thobe or a whole family's Eid set. A ready-made kandura off the rail can also be customized into a made-to-measure order at the counter, so you keep the sale when the fit is close but not right.

Deposits and outstanding balances

Take a deposit up front, record part-payments as the work progresses, and see the exact balance due at collection on every order.

Assign work to specific tailors

Allocate each kandura to the tailor who will cut and stitch it, so workload and accountability stay clear across a busy workshop.

Multi-branch operations

Run several showrooms or workshops from one account, with optional resource sharing so a stretched branch can lean on another during peak season.

FTA-compliant VAT invoices

Issue tax invoices with sequential, gap-free numbering on 80mm thermal or A4, with tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive pricing and AED as standard.

How it works

From first fitting to final invoice

01

Measure once, save the profile

Take the client's kandura measurements on their first visit and save a reusable profile: length, shoulder, sleeve, chest, collar and neck style, cuffs and tarboosha preference.

02

Book the order and take a deposit

Raise the bespoke order, set the agreed delivery date, assign it to a tailor and collect a deposit against the balance with a printed receipt or tax invoice.

03

Track it through the workshop

Follow each kandura through production statuses so you always know what is cut, stitched, ready for fitting or awaiting collection. That matters most through the Eid and National Day rush.

04

Hand over and settle the balance

Collect the outstanding balance at delivery and print the final VAT invoice; the client's measurement profile is then ready for their next order.

Common questions

Can I reuse a customer's kandura measurements for repeat orders?

Yes. Every client has a saved measurement profile (length, shoulder, sleeve, chest, collar and neck style, cuffs and tarboosha detail) that you can pull up and apply to a new order instantly. Returning customers never need to be re-measured unless their fit has changed.

How does TailorSync handle deposits and outstanding balances?

You can take a deposit when the order is placed and record further part-payments at any stage. Each order shows the amount paid and the balance still due, so there is no confusion at collection, and the figures flow straight into your accounts receivable.

Can I assign each kandura to a specific tailor?

Yes. When you create an order you assign it to the tailor responsible for cutting and stitching it, which keeps workload balanced and accountability clear. Managers and owners can see who is working on what across the whole workshop.

Will it cope with the Eid and National Day rush?

Order statuses and delivery dates give you a clear queue of what is due and when, so nothing slips during peak season. Trial fittings have their own stage too: each kandura carries its own trial date and status, and a garment can go from fitting to adjustment and back to fitting until the fall is right, all before the Eid deadline. If you run more than one branch, optional resource sharing lets a quieter location help absorb the overflow.

Are the invoices VAT-compliant for the UAE?

Yes. TailorSync issues FTA-compliant tax invoices with sequential, gap-free numbering and supports both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive pricing. It also produces standard VAT and financial reports, with AED as the default currency for the UAE and wider GCC.
