How to take a tailoring order from a chat with your AI assistant
To take a tailoring order from a chat, tell your assistant what the customer wants, the price, when they collect and the deposit they paid. Claude finds the customer, asks you before it takes the order, and the order goes into TailorSync on their saved measurements, with the deposit recorded. This episode takes two kanduras for the customer added in Episode 4.

- 1Tell Claude the order. In one message: the garments and their price, when he collects, and the deposit he paid. In the video, that is two kanduras at AED 150 each in his own fabric, with AED 100 paid by card.
- 2Check and allow. Claude finds the customer, then asks before it takes the order. Open the details to check the garments, the prices, the date and the deposit, then click Allow once.
- 3The order is taken. It goes on his kandura measurements, and Claude gives you the order number, the total, the deposit and what's left to pay when he collects.
- 4Discounts. Money off goes on an order as a discount, and a discount needs the Apply discounts permission, so the assistant can only give one if your role can.
- 5Check it in TailorSync. The order is in Orders. Open it to see both kanduras with his measurements and the fabric he brings. The deposit is recorded as a card payment, and the rest is due when he collects.
