Ring up 2.75 metres of cotton as easily as a box of buttons, keep the stock and value of every roll up to date, and when a customer wants the cloth made into a kandura or an abaya, book the stitching for the same customer. Built for fabric shops in the UAE and across the GCC.
Free for 30 days. No card needed. Built for the UAE and GCC.
Walk into a fabric shop in Deira, Satwa or Meena Bazaar and the counter looks much the same: rolls of cotton, voile and crepe on the wall, a cutting table in front, and often a tailor at the back. Most till software is built for things that come in boxes. TailorSync counts cloth the way you sell it. An item kept in metres asks for the length at the till and prices the cut, the roll's stock drops by exactly that much, and the value of what is on the wall stays current. When the customer wants the cloth made up, the kandura or abaya becomes an order with their saved measurements, a deposit and a delivery date. Tailors and smaller shops that buy by the roll can take it on account and pay on their terms.
Set an item's unit to metres or yards and the till asks how much when you add it. Type 2.75 and the line prices itself, and the plus and minus buttons move a quarter metre at a time. Everything else, from buttons to ready-made shawls, still sells by the piece.
Each sale takes the length you cut off that cloth's stock, and each delivery you book in against a purchase order adds to it. Set a reorder level on the cloths that sell fastest and TailorSync flags them before the wall runs bare.
Give each cloth a barcode, print shelf labels with the price and the code, and scan it at the till instead of scrolling through a long list of similar whites and creams.
When a customer wants the cloth made up, book the stitching as an order with their saved measurements, the tailor doing the work, a deposit now and the balance on collection. A shop that only sells cloth can leave this alone. A shop with a tailor at the back gets both halves in one system.
Bargaining comes with the trade. Set how much discount staff can give on their own, and anything above it needs a manager's PIN at the till, so a busy afternoon does not quietly eat into the margin.
Sell whole rolls to tailors and smaller shops on account, each with its own payment terms, and see what every one of them owes. Invoices are FTA-compliant tax invoices in AED, and a return raises a tax credit note against the original.

Add each fabric with its unit (metres or yards), cost, selling price and reorder level, or book it in from a supplier's purchase order as the rolls arrive.
Open the till, add the cloth, type the length and take the payment. The roll's stock drops by the length you sold.
Book the kandura or abaya as an order with the customer's measurements, a tailor, a deposit and a delivery date, then collect the balance when they pick it up.
Close the cash session and count the drawer, then check the day's sales, the cloths running low and what trade customers still owe.
Yes. Give an item the unit metre (or yard) and the till asks for the length when you add it. You can type part lengths such as 1.5 or 2.75, and the price is worked out from the price per metre. Items in any other unit, like buttons or zips, sell by the piece as usual.
Yes. Each sale takes the length sold off that cloth's stock, and receiving a purchase order adds the delivered quantity back on. The inventory screen shows what is left of every cloth and what your stock is worth at cost.
Yes. The cloth sells at the till, and the stitching is booked as an order for the same customer with their saved measurements, a deposit, a delivery date and the tailor doing the work. Selling and tailoring sit in one system, so you are not keeping a till for one and a notebook for the other.
Yes. Raise a sales invoice to a trade customer on account with payment terms, record payments as they come in, and follow the balance in your receivables and aging reports. Invoices are FTA-compliant tax invoices in AED.

Yes. You can connect any of the three to your TailorSync account, ask about your orders and money, and have it take orders, record payments and mark orders ready. The owner switches it on in Settings and decides whether assistants may make changes at all, and each person chooses again when they connect.
