Amina sews salwars and dresses from a corner of her flat in Sharjah, between school runs. Her hands are usually busy, so she dictates to ChatGPT with her phone's microphone instead of typing. It keeps her customers, measurements and orders in TailorSync.

What happens
TailorSync adds Fatima with her phone number and saves the measurements as her active set. If the phone number already belonged to a customer, it would use that customer instead of making a second one.

What happens
The assistant finds Noura's order, ORD-0388, and marks it ready. Then it gets her reminder: her first name, TailorSync's "ready to collect" message and a WhatsApp link, so Amina taps once and sends it.

What happens
TailorSync records the AED 120 that was left as a cash payment against ORD-0388, and the order shows as fully paid. It never records more than the balance owed.

How do I add a second set of measurements for a customer?
What happens
She asks the assistant inside the TailorSync app. It answers with the steps from the Help Center, in English or in the other languages it speaks. This one is the in-app helper, not ChatGPT, and it is free for everyone signed in.
