Alteration and uniform shop, Dubai
How an alteration and uniform shop runs its day with TailorSync AI
Lina runs an alteration and uniform shop in Dubai. Walk-ins bring trousers to hem, and a few companies order uniforms on account. She uses Claude for the chasing: collection reminders, late balances and the numbers her accountant asks for.

9:30 am
LinaNew alteration for Omar: hem two trousers, AED 25 each, ready tomorrow, paid in full by card.
What happens
TailorSync finds Omar, books the order for tomorrow and records the AED 50 card payment, so there is nothing left to collect when he comes back.

10:00 am
LinaWhich company accounts have overdue balances? Draft a polite email to each one.
What happens
TailorSync lists the overdue balances by company. Claude drafts the emails, and Lina sends them from her own Gmail once she has read them.

Asked in Claude: "Who owes the shop money?" 2:00 pm
LinaGive me the VAT figures for this quarter to send to my accountant.
What happens
The assistant pulls the quarter's VAT figures from TailorSync, ready to paste into an email or message.
5:30 pm
LinaEvery evening at 5:30, remind customers whose orders are ready.
What happens
Claude runs the task. For each ready order it gets the customer's first name, TailorSync's "ready to collect" message, a WhatsApp link and the tracking link. It emails the customers who have an email address through Lina's own Gmail connection and hands her WhatsApp links to tap for the rest. TailorSync sends nothing itself, and anyone reminded in the last few days is skipped.
