How to connect Claude to your TailorSync shop
To connect Claude to TailorSync, the owner switches on AI connectors in Settings, then you add TailorSync to Claude as a custom connector and sign in with your own TailorSync login. After that you ask about the shop in plain words, and Claude answers with your real figures. This first episode also shows where to see and cut off every connection.

- 1Switch it on. The owner opens Settings, then AI connectors, turns on Let staff connect AI assistants, and copies the connector address. Every shop uses the same address; TailorSync knows which shop is yours when you sign in.
- 2Add the connector. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, click Add and choose Add custom connector. Name it TailorSync, paste the address and click Add.
- 3Sign in. Click Connect. Claude sends you to TailorSync, where you sign in as usual, see what Claude will be able to reach, and click Allow.
- 4Ask about your shop. In a new chat, ask who owes the shop money, how sales went this month or what is in your accounts. Claude looks it up in TailorSync and answers with your figures.
- 5Ask how to do something. Claude can read the TailorSync Help Center too, so a question like how to close the shift comes back as the steps.
- 6Stay in control. Your connections in TailorSync lists every app you have connected, when it was last used and when it expires. Disconnect cuts one off, and the owner sees everyone's connections and can turn the switch off for the whole shop.
